摘要
发育性髋关节发育不良(DDH)是一种常见的髋关节疾病,是成人髋关节骨关节炎的重要发病因素之一,晚期致残率较高。全髋关节置换术(THA)在治疗成人DDH方面是一种有效的方法。高位发育性髋关节脱位的解剖复杂,其THA手术难度较大。该文就DDH的分型、手术治疗和疗效等结合近年来相关的文献报道进行综述,以期为THA治疗成人CroweⅣ型DDH提供一定的理论依据。
Developmental dysplasia of the hip is a common disease. It is one of the important risk factors of adult hip osteoarthritis with high morbidity in the late stage. Total hip arthroplasty for adult developmental dysplasia of the hip is an effective method. The anatomy of high developmental dislocation of the hip is complex and total hip arthroplasty is difficult. The original articles related to classification,surgery treatment and therapeutic effects of developmental dysplasia of the hip in recent years were reviewed in order to provide theoretical basis for total hip arthroplasty in treatment of adult Crowe type Ⅳdevelopmental dysplasia of the hip.
