摘要
[目的]明确啶酰菌胺与吡唑醚菌酯混配对灰葡萄孢的毒力增效作用。[方法]采用黄瓜子叶喷雾法测定啶酰菌胺、吡唑醚菌酯及其不同配比对灰葡萄孢的毒力,以Wadley公式进行评价,并通过田间试验验证其对番茄灰霉病的防效。[结果]啶酰菌胺与吡唑醚菌酯以质量比2:1混配,增效作用最明显;在田间试验中,增效组合(2:1)在240~300 g a.i./hm2的剂量下,对番茄灰霉病的防效为76.63%~88.03%。[结论]啶酰菌胺与吡唑醚菌酯以2:1进行混配对番茄灰霉病具有良好的防治效果,值得在田间推广应用。
[Aims] The study aims to confirm the synergistic effect of boscalid and pyraclostrobin against Botrytis cinerea. [Methods] The toxicity of boscalid, pyraclostrobin and their mixtures at different ratios against B. cinerea was determined by cucumber cotyledons spray inoculation test, the joint-toxicity of the two fungicides was assessed with Wadley formula, and the efficacy on controlling tomato gray mould was tested though the field trials. [Results] The mixture of boscalid and pyraclostrobin with the ratio of 2 :1 showed the best synergistic effect. The field trials demonstrated that the control effect of the mixture(2:1) against tomato gray mould was 76.63-88.03%, at the dose of240-300 g a.i./ha. [Conclusions] The mixture of boscalid and pyraclostrobin(2:1, m/m) is good in controlling tomato gray mould, and could be used extensively in the fields.
