摘要
利用不同数量相变材料辛酸-软脂酸(质量比9∶1)在时鲜农产品冷藏适宜温度区间-2~8℃冷藏保鲜中产生的作用进行试验。通过相变蓄冷,辛酸—软脂酸能够在其相变温度5℃下保持稳定的冷藏环境,提供冷间更长的有效冷藏时间。该试验结果证明辛酸—软脂酸为农产品的冷藏保鲜提供了必要条件,使得能量的损失更少,而且通过适当用量和合理布局能更好延长保温效果,可以作为时鲜农产品在冷链物流运输中的无动力的冷藏保鲜材料。
Take use of phase change material,Octanoic-Palmitic Acid( mass ratio: 9 ∶ 1) to carry out experiments which apply to fresh agricultural product refrigeration storage between- 2 to 8 ℃. Through accumulation of cold,Octanoic-Palmitic Acid can keep stable refrigeration environment under the 5 phase change temperature,and offer effective time for the refrigerator. Meanwhile,different quantities and structure layout of the phase change material have different effect for refrigeration storage. The result shows that Octanoic-Palmitic Acid provides necessary condition for refrigeration storage of agricultural product. Its phase change regrigeration storage characterstic can be applied to cold chain logistics.
