一种多尺度内聚颗粒模型的构建方法及数值模拟研究 被引量:7

摘要 基于离散元方法采用Hertz-Mindlin接触模型和黏结颗粒模型,构建石灰岩的多尺度内聚颗粒模型。利用EDEM与ADAMS耦合将该模型应用于双摆锤冲击破碎过程,分析冲击破碎能对石灰岩冲击破碎的影响。结果表明:冲击破碎能与黏结键的数目有一定的线性关系,且冲击破碎能越大黏结键断裂越迅速,矿料破碎得越彻底;冲击角度越大,破碎力增加的速率也越大。最后该模型给出与试验相吻合的颗粒粒度分布曲线,说明该模型能够较好地模拟矿料的冲击破碎过程。 Based on the discrete element method,Hertz-Mindlin contact model and bond particle model the multi-scale cohesive particle model of limestone is established. Then with the model applying to double pendulum impact crushing process by coupling between EDEM and ADAMS,the influence of the energy of impact on crushing effect of limestone was analyzed. The results indicate that: the linear relationship between the impact energy and the number of adhesive bonds is found. The greater impact energy results in bonds broken more quickly and mineral aggregate crushed more completely,which also cause the greater increase rate of crushing force. Finally,the crushing process of mineral aggregate is simulated better with the model,which is indicated by the consistent particle size distribution curves between simulation and experiment.
