摘要
介绍自动深熔TIG焊接的工艺特点,进行8 mm厚的核电508-Ⅲ钢单面焊双面成形工艺试验,通过对比分析,得出焊接电流、电弧电压、焊接速度、预热温度、保护气体流量、组对错边量、装配间隙等对焊接过程的影响规律,分析典型焊缝缺陷产生的原因和应采取的预防措施,最终得到合格的单面焊双面成形焊缝。
The paper presents the technological characteristics of automatic deep-penetration TIG welding and performed trial single-side welding with back formation on 8mm-thick 508-Ⅲ steel for nuclear power application. The comparison and analysis of the welding trials give the effect rule of welding current, arc voltage, welding speed, preheating temperature, gas flow rate, misalignment and assembly gap on the welding process, and also the causes of typical weld defects and the prevention measures for obtaining acceptable welds by the means of single-welding with back formation.
