摘要
研究e A300植物生长调节剂对青海省循化地区小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)、青稞(Hordeum vulgare L.)及草坪草的使用效果,探索该生长调节剂的指导性喷施浓度。试验采用实地喷施观测记录的方法 ,测定了不同喷施浓度下农作物及草坪草的株高、地上生物量鲜重及干重、根部鲜重及干重和小麦、青稞产量指标的变化。结果表明,青海省循化地区农作物(小麦、青稞)指导性喷施浓度为1/500,草坪草的指导性喷施浓度为1/400。
The effect of e A300 plant growth on wheat（Triticum aestivum L.）, highland barley（Hordeum vulgare L.） grass were researched, and the guide spraying concentration of the regulator was explored in Xunhua area of Qinghai province. The test based on spraying on the field observation records, plant height, aboveground biomass of fresh weight and dry weight,root fresh weight and dry weight of wheat, highland barley in concentration of spraying crops and lawn grass were determined. The results showed that e A300 plant growth regulator guide spraying concentration on wheat, highland barley crops was 1 / 500, the grass guidance concentration was 1 / 400 in Xunhua region of Qinghai province.
