摘要
本文以钼酸铵酸洗废水回收钼后的解析液——钼酸钠溶液(含钼10~50 g/L)为原料,采用阳离子交换得到钼酸溶液,通过超声波对钼酸溶液进行处理得到纳米级纯三氧化钼,过程工艺参数对纳米级纯三氧化钼的纯度、粒度、晶形等有重要影响。
With sodium molybdate solution( containing molybdenum 10 to 50 g / L) which is the desorbed solution got from ammonium molybdate pickling waste water after recycling molybdenum as raw material,molybdic acid was obtained by cation exchange,nanoscale pure molybdenum trioxide was got by treating molybdic acid with ultrasonic wave. Process parameters have great influence on the purity of nanoscale pure molybdenum trioxide,grain size,crystal shape.
