摘要
目的:制备硫酸沙丁胺醇pH敏感型鼻用凝胶,并考察其体外释放度和黏附力。方法:以卡波姆-934为凝胶基质,采用羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)调节胶凝强度,并考察凝胶体外释放度、黏附力等指标,优选基质处方。结果:鼻用凝胶基质为0.5%卡波姆-934、2%HPMC,其10 h内体外释放度为98.9%,黏附力为72.1 g/cm^2。结论:优选的基质处方可用于制备硫酸沙丁胺醇pH敏感型鼻用凝胶,其质量符合要求。
Objective: To prepare the salbutamol sulphate for nose in situ gel and to investigate its release and adhesion force in vitro. Methods: The gel matrix was prepared with carbopol, the gel strength was adjusted with HPMC and the release degree in vitro, the adhesion force etc. were investigated, optimizing the prescription base. Results: The nasal gel matrix was prepared with 0.5% carbopol and 2% HPMC. The release degree in vitro was 98.9% in 10 h and the adhesion force was 72.1 g/cm^2. Conclusion: The selected base can be used for the preparation salbutamol sulphate pH-sensitive nasal gel and the quality meets the requirement.
