摘要
目的:观察益气扶正平喘化痰中药颗粒配方联合穴位贴敷干预社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病慢性稳定期的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、双盲、对照研究。收集社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病慢性稳定期患者281例,随机分成治疗组与对照组。治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上予益气扶正平喘化痰中药颗粒配方联合穴位贴敷干预,对照组在常规西药治疗基础上予安慰剂中药颗粒配方联合安慰剂穴位贴敷。干预24周后比较两组症状评分、CAT评分、急性加重次数、呼吸困难指数、肺功能的变化。结果:治疗后,两组症状评分均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后比较,治疗组症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组CAT评分下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组CAT评分下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后比较,治疗组CAT评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组急性发作次数减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组急性发作次数减少,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后比较,治疗组急性发作次数低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组呼吸困难评分降级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组呼吸困难评分降级,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后比较,治疗组呼吸困难评分等级低于对照组(P<0.05);两组肺功能均有所改善(P<0.05),治疗后比较,治疗组肺功能优于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:益气扶正平喘化痰中药颗粒配方联合穴位贴敷干预可降低社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病慢性稳定期患者症状评分、CAT评分、急性发作、呼吸困难指数,改善肺功能。
Objective： To observe the effects of Yiqi Fuzheng Pingchuan Huatan granule（益气扶正平喘化痰颗粒, YQPCHTG） combined with acupoint application on patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in community. Methods： A randomized, double-blind, controlled trial was designed. The 281 stable COPD patients in community with Qi deficiency and phlegm syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups：treatment group（n =145） and control group（n =136）. Both groups received Western medicine. The treatment group added with YQPCHTG combined with acupoint application, while control group with placebo. After 24 weeks, the symptom score, CAT, acute exacerbation times, m MRC and lung function were tested. Results： After treatment, both of the group＇s symptom scores decreased（P〈0.05）, and the symptom scores of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The CAT scores, acute exacerbation times, m MRC of both groups all decreased; and these indexes of treatment group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）; compared with pre-treatment, there was a significant difference in the treatment group（P〈0.05）, but no significant difference in control group（P〉0.05）. Both of the group＇s pulmonary function improved（P〈0.05）,and the function of treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapy of YQPCHTG combined with acupoint application could decrease the scores of symptom, CAT, acute exacerbation times, m MRC, and improve lung function in community stable COPD patients.
