摘要
目的 探讨基层医院ICU护士职业紧张现状及影响因素。方法 选取连州市2013年12月~2014年12月基层医院ICU护士52例和非ICU护士258例,给予其职业紧张量表评定,分析职业紧张现状及影响因素。结果 基层医院ICU护士职业任务评分（任务过重、任务不适、任务模糊、任务冲突、责任感、工作环境、总分）、个体紧张反应评分（业务紧张反应、心理紧张反应、人际关系紧张反应、躯体紧张反应、总分）高于非ICU护士的（P〈0.01）。基层医院ICU护士人体应对资源评分（娱乐休闲、自我保健、社会支持、理性处事、总分）低于非ICU护士的（P〈0.01）。从职业任务分析,年龄、任职方式、护龄、工作性质均是基层医院ICU护士职业紧张的影响因素;从个体紧张反应分析,年龄、学历、任职方式、工作性质均是基层医院ICU护士职业紧张的影响因素;从人体应对资源分析,年龄、护龄均是基层医院ICU护士职业紧张的影响因素。结论 基层医院ICU护士职业紧张状况较严重,可针对影响因素,制订有效的措施以减轻其职业紧张感。
Objective To investigate occupational stress survey and influence factors of ICU nurse in community hos- pital. Methods 52 nurses from ICU and 258 nurses from non-ICU in community hospital were selected in Lianzhou City from December 2013 to December 2014,who received occupational stress scale.Occupational stress status and in- fluence factors were analyzed. Results Occupational task score （task overload,task discomfort,task ambiguity,task con- flict,sense of responsibility,working environment,total seore）,individual response score （business stress response,psycho- logical stress reaction,interpersonal stress response,somatic nervous reaction,total score） from ICU nurse in community hospital were higher than non-ICU nurse （P〈0.01）.Human resources score（recreation and leisure,self health,social sup- port,rational service,total score） from ICU nurse in community hospital were lower than non-ICU nurse （P〈0.01）.Analy- sis of occupational task,age,working style,nursing age,work property were influence factors of occupational stress from ICU nurse in community hospital.Analysis of individual response,age,education background,work style,work property were influence factors of occupational stress from ICU nurse in community hospital.Analysis of human resources,age, nursing age were influence factors of occupational stress from ICU nurse in community hospital. Conclusion Occupa- tional stress of ICU nurse in community hospital is more serious.Aimed at influencing factors,so we can develop effec- tive measures to ease occupational stress.
