摘要
目的:研究创建医院出院复诊预约系统,能减少病人就诊的中间环节,提高医院资源的合理配置。方法:系统针对出院病人复诊的特点,按照时间点对功能模块分类。从问题产生及解决的流程入手,设计医院出院复诊预约系统。结果:创建医院复诊预约系统后,和医院其它系统共享信息,缩短病人就诊时间,提高了医院工作效益。结论:创建出院复诊预约系统,病人出院时进行挂号、检查(检验)预约,享有短信提醒以及预缴费等,有效提高患者复诊率,创造了良好的就医秩序,医院变被动服务为主动服务,提高了医院管理效率和病人满意度。
Objective: Researching and establishing discharged patient’ follow-up system of hospital, it can reduce intermediate links of the procedure for patient visit doctor, and improve the reasonable allocation of hospital resources. Methods: According to the characteristics of discharged patient’ follow-up, the system adopts different function module for different time points. Based on the creation and solving of problems, the hospital discharge patient’ follow-up appointments system has been designed. Results: The discharged patient’ follow-up appointments system of hospital has been established; it shares information with other systems of hospital, shortens the treatment time of patients, and improve the work efficiency of hospital. Conclusions: Establishing discharged patient’ followup appointments system, before the patient Leave the hospital, he makes the appointment and examination(inspection) reservation, and enjoys SMS alerts and prepaid expenses. It effectively improves the rate of referral of patients, creates a good medical order. Hospital changes the passive service into active service, and it improves the hospital management efficiency and patient satisfaction.
