摘要
目的:了解TCF/β-catenin在乳头状甲状腺癌(PTC)中的表达情况以及与肿瘤发生生长和转移的相关性。方法:应用qPCR检测30例PTC以及癌旁组织中TCF/β-catenin的表达情况。免疫组化方法检测45例石蜡包埋PTC和15例正常甲状腺组织中TCF/β-catenin蛋白的表达情况。根据肿瘤组织的大小,淋巴结转移,恶性程度,以及患者性别、年龄,对甲状腺癌TCF/β-catenin蛋白的表达情况进行分析。结果:qPCR和免疫组化检测显示,PTC组织TCF/β-catenin蛋白表达水平显著高于癌旁和正常甲状腺组织(P<0.05)。TCF/β-catenin表达与肿瘤的侵袭转移明显相关,而与年龄、性别等无统计学意义。结论:TCF/β-catenin的异常表达与PTC肿瘤的侵袭转移明显相关,其在肿瘤的发生发展中具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the expression of TCF/β- catenin in papillary thyroid carcinoma as well as the relevance with tumor growth and metastasis. Methods: TCF/β- catenin gene expression were detected with qPCR in 30 pairs of papillary thyroid cancer and adjacent tissues. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TCF/β- catenin protein in paraffin- embedded tissues with 45 cases of PTC and 15 cases of normal thyroid tissue. We according to the size of tumor tissue, lymph node metastasis, malignancy, and patient sex and age. The thyroid cancer is divided into several subgroups according to the size of tumor tissue, lymph node metastasis, malig-nancy, and patient sex and age. The expression of TCF/β- catenin protein with clinical data were analyzed.Results: Compared with adjacent tissues, the expression of TCF/β- catenin gene in PTC was significantly higher, respectively(P =0.0093, P =0.0047).The analysis of immunohistochemistry in the PTC tissue also showed TCF/β- catenin protein expression in cancer tissues was significantly higher than in adjacent(P〈0.05).Combined with clinical data of patients we found the exprssion of TCF/β- catenin expression was significantly correlated with tumor invasion and metastasis. And non- statistically significant correlation were detected with age, gender, and other. Conclusion:The expression TCF/β- catenin was significantly associated with tumor invasion and metastasis in PTC, which has great significance in the development of tumors.
