摘要
当下医疗服务中以及医疗损害处理中都存在医患的严重经济对立。医患之间始终存在的严重经济对立导致患者对医方信任度降低,医患关系日益紧张,甚至冲突恶化。实行全民疾病医疗保险与患者医疗损害保险能够有效化解当下医患之间的严重经济对立,是恢复医患信任,重构和谐医患关系的有效途径。
In the present medical services and medical treatment policy,there is an existing but serious economically-opposite relationship between doctors and patients.Such relationship,hence,undermines patient＇s confidence in hospital,aggravates the tension,or even leads to confrontation.By enforcing universal medical insurance scheme and universal medical malpractice insurance scheme,it may effectively reconcile the present economic opposition,regain patient＇s confidence in hospital,and rebuild a harmonious patient-doctor relationship.
