一测多评法测定蒙药材刺柏叶中4种黄酮的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立测定蒙药材刺柏叶中4种黄酮含量的一测多评法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以穗花杉双黄酮为内标物,建立其与槲皮苷、竹柏双黄酮A、扁柏双黄酮的相对校正因子,通过校正因子计算槲皮苷、竹柏双黄酮A、扁柏双黄酮的含量,并与外标法计算值进行比较。结果:一测多评法和外标法的计算值基本一致,相对误差均小于1.08%。结论:一测多评法用于刺柏叶中4种黄酮的含量测定是可行的。 Objective: To establish a quantitative analysis method of multi-components by single marker(QAMS)for the simultaneous determination of four flavones in Juniperus rigida leaves. Methods: By using Amentoflavone as an indicator, the relative correction factors(RCF) of Quercitrin, Podocarpusflavone A and Hinokiflavone were established. Then, the RCF was used to calculate the contents of Quercitrin, Podocarpusflavone A and Hinokiflavone. Meanwhile, the calculated value was compared with that of external standard method. Results: The calculated value of QAMS was basically the same as that of external standard method, and the relative error was less than 1.08%. Conclusion: QAMS is feasible for the simultaneous determination of 4 flavones in Juniperus rigida leaves.
