摘要
以芦笋秆菌渣为研究对象,研究其作为生物有机肥对黄瓜主要农艺性状和品质的影响。结果表明:芦笋秆菌渣经微生物菌剂堆制后有机质降解了4.43%,全磷(P2O5)、总钾(K2O)和总养分分别提高了约1倍、4倍和1.5倍;与氮磷钾三元复合肥相比,该有机肥可有效促进黄瓜的生长发育,显著提高了黄瓜的株高、单果长、单果粗和小区产量等主要农艺性状;同时,该有机肥表现出强劲的可持续肥效,可使黄瓜持续增产并能促进硒元素的富集;此外,施用该菌渣有机肥可改善黄瓜的脆度和外观,使其口感更佳和更具商品性。
The present study was designed to investigate the effect of bioorganie fertilizer on the main agronomic traits and quality of cucumber by taking fungi residues contained Asparagus woody stem as research subject. The amount of organic matters of the fertilizer degraded about 4.43% after composted with microorganisms agent, and the total phosphorus, potassium and nutrient contents was increased approximately 1 fold, 4 fold and 1.5 fold, respectively. The main agronomic traits of cucumber in the test group after using the organic fertilizer, including the plant height, fruit length, fruit perimeter and plot yield, were improved significantly when compared with the control group using N-P-K compound fertilizer, which mean that the organic fertilizer could promote the growth of cucumber effectively. Meanwhile, the organic fertilizer showed stronger and sustainable fertilizer efficiency, which could increase the cucumber yield continuously and accumulate the Se element in cucumber fruit. In addition, the fruit crispness and appearance could be improved effectively using the organic fertilizer, which made the cucumber being tasted better and possessed more commodity.
