摘要
为了促进数学教师自我反思与行为转变,在培训中引入了“‘五环一立体’微型课培训模式”.该模式符合成人学习理论及教师专业成长“四阶段论”,具有强调问题解决,突出学员主体地位:重视学员实践,强调理论物化为行为;反馈及时,诊断学员真实需求;注重理论内化,实现了“理论一行动一理念”的转化等特点.调查显示,该模式能够很好地体现按需施教,参训学员对该模式的价值认同度较高.
In order to promote mathematics teacher self reflection and behavior change in training, introduced "rings-stereo' micro teaching training mode". This mode which accords with the theory of adult learning and teachers' professional development "four stages theory", with emphasis on problem solving, outstanding student main body position; attach importance to practice for the students, emphasizing the theory as objects of behavior; timely feedback, students pay attention to the real needs of diagnosis; theory of internalization, the realization of the "theory of action concept" conversion features. Investigation shows that, this model can well reflect the teaching according to requirement, higher value of identification on the mode of the trainees.
