摘要
分析某综合医院医疗纠纷发生的特点及原因,提出防范医疗纠纷的建议。对该院2010年~2013年医疗纠纷的数量、科室分布、原因构成、患者分布特征及其采取的主要行为、处理途径与结果等进行描述性分析。外科科室是医疗纠纷发生的高发科室;医疗技术水平、服务水平是导致该院发生医疗纠纷的主要原因;医惠纠纷频数与患者文化程度有一定相关度;医疗纠纷主要在医院内进行沟通解决。通过提高医疗服务质量、强化医疗纠纷高发科室的监管、加强医患间的有效沟通等途径防范医疗纠纷。
By analyzing the characteristics and the reasons of medical disputes in a general hospital, to propose suggestions for the prevention of medical disputes. A descriptive analysis was conducted on the number, the distribution of the department, causes, the distribution characteristics and main behaviors of the patients, methods and the results of medical disputes in that hospital from 2010 to 2013. Surgical department was the high incidence department of medical disputes. Medical technology level and service level was the main cause of medical disputes. The frequency of medical disputes had a certain degree of correlation with the cultural level of patients. The medical disputes were solved by communication in hospital. Some suggestions for the prevention of medical disputes were put forward which was improving the quality of medical service, strengthening the supervision of the high incidence department of medical disputes, strengthening the effective communication between doctors and patients.
