摘要
以菜籽油和硬脂酸为组合捕收剂(ZG-3)对洋丰中磷集团提供的胶磷矿矿样进行了浮选试验。试验比较了3种起泡剂2#油、BK-901及LP与ZG-3配合使用的效果,确定了BK-901为最佳起泡剂。采用1粗1精1扫的常温反浮选流程,以硫酸为pH调整剂,磷酸为抑制剂,获得了最终磷精矿P2O5品位为32.67%,回收率94.73%,尾矿P2O5品位为4.22%的良好指标。
The collector ZG-3combined with rapeseed oil and stearic acid was used in the flotation tests of collophane from Yangfeng Phosphate Group.The tests compared the effects among the three foaming agents（2# oil,BK-901 and LP）used in conjunction with ZG-3and BK-901 was determined as the best foaming agent.With the reverse flotation flowsheet of one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging at room temperature,and H2SO4 as modifier of pH and H3PO4 as depressant,the resultant final phosphate concentrate contained P2O532.67% with a recovery of 94.73% and the tailings contained only P2O54.22%.
