摘要
目的对妊娠期糖尿病诊治现状及应对措施进行探析。方法随机选择该院2013年1月—2015年6月收治的100例妊娠期糖尿病患者,为观察组,同时选取该时间段来该院生产的100名健康产妇,为对照组,对比两组患者的巨大儿发生率、剖宫产发生率以及新生儿低血糖发生率等。结果观察组患者的巨大儿发生率、剖宫产发生率以及新生儿低血糖发生率分别是38%、56%、18%,对照组分别是6%、15%、5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组2患者的巨大儿发生率、剖宫产发生率以及新生儿低血糖发生率分别是20%、36%、12%,观察组1分别是56%、72%、24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病的诊治遵循早诊断、早治疗的原则,以减少不良结局的发生,保障母婴的身体健康。
Objective The present situation and countermeasures of diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes. Methods Randomly selected from January 2013- June 2015 treated 100 cases of patients with gestational diabetes, as the observation group, and select the time period from the production of 100 healthy women, as the control group, compared two groups of patients the incidence of macrosomia and cesarean section rate and the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia, etc.Results The observation group of patients the incidence of macrosomia and cesarean section rate and neonatal hypoglycemia incidence is 38%, 56% and 18% respectively, the control group, respectively is 15%, 5%, 657000 6%, zhaotong, significant differences（P〈0.05）. To observe the incidence of macrosomia group 2 patients, the incidence of cesarean section and neonatal hypoglycemia incidence is 20%, 36% and 12%, respectively, observe group 1 was 56%, 72% and 24% respectively, the difference obviously（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes, follow the principle of early diagnosis, early treatment to reduce the occurrence of adverse outcome, ensure maternal and child health.
