摘要
目的:测定赶黄草袋泡茶中黄酮类成分的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.0 mm,5.0μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(50∶50);检测波长为360 nm;流速为1.0 m L·min-1;进样量:10μL。结果:槲皮素、山柰酚分别在0.203 6~2.036 0、0.043 2~0.432 0μg具有良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.43%(RSD=1.75%)和97.61%(RSD=2.17%)。结论:该方法准确、灵敏,可用于赶黄草袋泡茶中黄酮类成分槲皮素和山柰酚的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Ganhuangcao tea bag. Methods: The HPLC analysis was carried out on Kromasil C18( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) with a mixture of methanol- 0. 1% phosphate( 50 ∶50) as the mobile phase. The determination wavelength was set at 360 nm with the flow rate of 1. 0 m L·min- 1. Results: The quercetin and kaempferol showed good linearity in the range of 0. 2036 ~ 2. 036 0 μg and 0. 043 2 ~ 0. 432 0 μg respectively. The average recovery rate of quercetin and kaempferol were 98. 43%( RSD = 1. 75%)and 97. 61%( RSD = 2. 17%),respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the content determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Ganhuangcao tea bag.
