摘要
该文设计的种食品自动分拣装置集成了PLC、气动控制、传感与检测、变频控制等多种技术,能够自动完成对铝箔、纸质和塑料包装的三种食品进行自动分拣,整机机械结构采用链式传动装置,材料采用304食品级不锈钢,不仅卫生、方便,还能够高效的完成自动分拣过程、提高劳动生产率,具有一定推广价值。
In this paper, the design of food automatic sorting device integrated many technologies PLC, sensing and detection, frequency conversion control, can automatically complete the aluminum foil, paper and plastic packaging of food on the automatic sorting, the whole mechanical structure of the chain transmission device, food grade 304 stainless steel is adopted as material, not only has the advantages of sanitation, convenience, but also can efficiently complete automatic sorting process, improve labor productivity and has a certain popularization value.
