摘要
目的：研究鼻镜下鼻中隔矫正术治疗老年顽固性鼻出血的临床效果。方法选取河南省人民医院108例老年顽固性鼻出血患者为研究对象，并抽签随机分为观察组与对照组，两组均为54例，观察组行鼻镜下鼻中隔矫正术治疗，对照组行常规前、后鼻孔填塞，随访3个月对临床疗效进行观察，并分析两种治疗方式的安全性。结果观察组总有效率98.15％显著高于对照组79.65％，对比差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；对照组4例发热，3例鼻腔黏膜溃烂，2例副鼻窦炎，观察组仅1例轻度鼻腔黏膜溃烂，观察组并发症总发生率1.85％与对照组16.67％比较显著较低（ P＜0.05）。结论鼻镜下鼻中隔矫正术治疗老年顽固性鼻出血效果显著，安全性较高，具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To study the clinical effect of endoscopic nasal surgery on elderly patients with intractable epistaxis.Methods The 108 elderly patients with intractable epistaxis in Henan provincial people ’s hospital were selected as the research objects , they were randomly divided into observation group and control group , with 54 cases in each group , the observation group underwent the endoscopic nasal surgery treatment , the control group underwent conventional anterior and posterior nasal packing , followed-up for 3 months, the clinical efficacy and the safety of two kinds treatment methods was observed .Results In observation group , the total efficiency was 98.15%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （79.65%）, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）;In control group, 4 cases had fever, 3 cases had nasal mucosal ulceration , 2 cases of sinusitis , only 1 case of mild nasal mucosal ulceration in observation group , overall complication rate in observation group was＂nbsp;1.85%and 16.67%in control group, observation group was significantly lower（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The effect of endoscopic nasal surgery on elderly patients with refractory nasal bleeding is obvious , with high safety , has high clinical value .
