摘要
目的为解决汞因吸附而产生的记忆效应问题,本文研究了不同浓度汞产生记忆效应的效果,以及金溶液对消除汞记忆效应的影响。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定溶液中汞的含量。结果在无任何消除汞记忆效应的措施下,0.5μg/L的汞即可产生明显的记忆效应,且随着汞浓度的增加,记忆效应不断增强;金溶液消除汞的记忆效应与汞的浓度相关,当CHg〈1μg/L时,CAu∶CHg=2∶1时,即可很好的消除汞的记忆效应;但随着汞浓度的增加,金汞比为2∶1时,金溶液不能完全消除汞的记忆效应,需增大金汞比;汞的记忆效应与金溶液浓度相关,当CAu〉75μg/L时,汞的记忆效应控制在5%以内,记忆效应基本消除;当金汞比〉100时,汞的回收率〈95%,金汞比应控制在2~100。结论本研究对ICP-MS测定汞时消除记忆效应有一定的指导作用,为ICP-MS法成为汞元素分析标准方法提供支持。
Objective To investigate the memory effect of mercury caused by absorption,the effect of memory effect of mercury by different concentrations of mercury,and the effect of gold solution on eliminating the memory effect of mercury was studied.Methods The content of mercury in solution was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP- MS).Results Without any measures to eliminate the memory effect,0. 5 μg / L mercury solution could cause obvious memory effect,with the increase of the concentration of mercury,the memory effect was enhanced; The elimination of memory effect of mercury in gold solution was related to the concentration of mercury; when CHg 〈1 μg / L,CAu∶CHg= 2,the memory effect of mercury was eliminated well; But with the increased concentration of mercury solution,the memory effect of mercury could not be eliminated completely with CAu∶CHg= 2∶1; to eliminated the memory effect,the ratio of gold and mercury should be increased;The memory effect of mercury was correlated with the concentration of gold solution; when CAu≥75 μg /L,the memory effect of mercury was controlled within 5%,which can be considered as memory effect of mercury was eliminated; When CAu∶CHg〉100,the recovery rate of mercury was below 95%,so the ratio of gold to mercury was between 2 ~ 100. Conclusion This study has as a guiding role in eliminating memory effect of mercury in ICP- MS determination and provide support for the ICP-MS method to be the standard method for the analysis of mercury elements
