摘要
目的评价团队为基础的教学法(team-based learning,TBL)在翻转课堂中的应用效果。方法选取护理本科学生36名为研究对象,在心肺复苏翻转课堂中采用TBL教学法实施教学,并在实施前后进行问卷调查。结果 100%(36/36)的学生认为教师提供了丰富的团队活动,能很好地和他人合作;94.44%(34/36)的学生认为在线学习中,能与同学进行深入互动和交流;97.22%(35/36)的学生认为在线学习中,同学之间的交流非常有意义。实施TBL教学后学生团队协作能力较前有明显提高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心肺复苏翻转课堂中应用TBL教学法能够提高学生的团队协作意识和能力,丰富了翻转课堂的教学形式,增强学生之间的沟通能力,同时也提高了学生的满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effects of team-based learning(TBL) in the flipped classroom. Methods Thirty-six undergraduate nursing students were selected as the target group and taught by TBL approach in cardiopulmonary-cerebral resuscitation(CPCR) flipped classroom, and the effect was evaluated by questionnaire before and after the approach. Results The students considered TBL as a good method,100%(36/36) of them believed that the teachers provided colorful teamwork and they could cooperate with others well,and 94.44%(34/36) of them considered that online learning improved interaction and communion deeply,while 97.22%(35/36) considered that the communication between students was very meaningful. After TBL approach, their ability of teamwork was obviously higher than before(P0.05). Conclusion The TBL in the CPCR flipped classroom can increase the students' ability and awareness of team-work,enrich the formation of flipped classroom,and improve students' communication ability their satisfaction.
