Advances in the protection and mechanism of Nrf2 on myocardial damage

摘要 心肌损伤、心脏缺血再灌注损伤等常常是由活性氧自由基引起的,其导致的一系列心功能障碍、慢性心脏疾病是影响人类健康的重大杀手。核因子相关因子2(Nrf2)是近几年发现的体内抗氧化应激的重要转录因子,具有抗炎、抗凋亡、抗增殖、保护心肌细胞等作用。本文就其在心肌损伤中的作用研究进展作一概述。 Myocardial infarction and heart ischemia-reperfusion injury are usually caused by ROS(reactive oxygen species), then lead to a series of cardiac dysfunction, chronic heart disease which seriously affect human health. Nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2), an important transcription factor that controls the expression of a battery of cytoprotective genes, plays an important role in the control of inflammation, apoptosis, proliferation and protection of cardiocytes. In this review, we summarize the advances in the protection and mechanism of Nrf2 on myocardial injury.
