Research progress on Fusarium wilt of cucurbits

摘要 枯萎病又称蔓割病、萎凋病,是瓜类作物上最主要的病害之一,一直是国内外研究的热点。该病是由尖孢镰刀菌侵染引起的一种土传、种传维管束病害,防治困难且病原菌具有寄主专化性,在全球大部分的瓜类产区均有发生,给我国及世界各国的农业生产造成了巨大的经济损失。本文结合最新的研究内容,对瓜类枯萎病病原菌寄主专化型、病原菌全基因组测序与致病机制、病原菌分子检测、寄主抗病分子机制以及病害防治措施进行了概述,并对今后的研究方向进行展望。 Fusarium wilt caused by different formae speciales of the fungus Fusarium oxysporum is one of the main diseases on the Cucurbitaceae plant family. This soil-borne and seed-borne vasular disease is difficult to control. It occured in the cucurbit production areas around the world and caused enormous economy loss in China and other countries. This paper summarized the latest research progresses of the formae speciales, genome sequence, pathogenesis mechanism and molecu- lar detection of the pathogen, molecular mechanism of disease resistance in cucurbits as well as the control methods of this disease, and the future research was also prospected.
