Preparation of Self-Cleaning Glasses with Porous TiO_2 Thin Film by Sol-Gel Process

摘要 介绍了以钛酸丁酯为前驱体、乙醇为溶剂、二乙醇胺为络合剂,使用乙酸调节p H,利用溶胶-凝胶法制备多孔TiO_2薄膜自洁净玻璃。通过改变镀膜层数、醇酯比、热处理温度,考察不同工艺因素对润湿角和光催化性能的影响。结果表明:醇酯比为1∶0.12,涂膜层数为5,经500℃热处理制备的薄膜具有最佳的亲水性和光催化活性。 Self-cleaning glasses with porous TiO2 thin films were prepared by sol-gel method,in which butyl titanate was used as precursor,ethyl alcohol as solvent,diethanol amine as complexing agent and acetic acid as p H regulator.The effect of layer numbers,the ratio of alcohol to ester and heat treatment temperature on the wetting angle and catalytic performance was investigated.The results showed that the films with alcohol to ester ratio of 1∶0.12,5-layer and the heat treatment temperature of 500℃ aeicity and photocatalytic activity.
