摘要
中国共产党成立以来,克服了种种困难,始终带领全国人民走在一条富强民主的道路上。没有党的领导,我们的新中国就不会建立,就不会有改革开放,更不可能解决十几亿人口的温饱问题。随着国家管理逐步步入到法治轨道上来,依法治国已经成为基本国策。
