摘要
21世纪以来,由于政策性需求和专业发展需求,教师培训进入了一个关键时期。但教师培训实际和培训需求方面存在一定的矛盾,培训实际往往不能满足培训需求。为了有效地开展教师培训工作,首先需要了解教师培训需求,其次培训工作也要符合当地的实际情况,不过分依赖于需求,也不过多拘泥于形式,要尽量让培训形式多元化,培训内容多样化。
Teachers＇ professional training has become very important since 21 st century because of needs for teacher ＇s professional development. However,the present situation of teachers＇ training can＇t meet the needs for teachers＇ professional development. In order to train teachers effectively,investigating teachers＇ training needs is first and foremost,furthermore,teachers＇ training should be in accordance with the actual situation,which shouldn＇t be too formalistic,and teachers＇ training ways and contents should be various.
