摘要
针对传统效率优化方法存在依赖电机模型参数、收敛速度慢的问题,提出一种基于参数在线辨识的效率优化控制新方法。在分析感应电动机轻载时各部分损耗与磁链内在关系的基础上,利用函数逼近论,建立一种不依赖于电机模型参数的电机损耗时变模型,设计了基于输入功率在线辨识时变损耗模型系数的算法。分析研究了电机稳态运行时各种工况下的效率优化控制效果。仿真结果表明,该效率优化方法有效规避了传统损耗模型依赖于电机模型参数的不足,同时收敛速度相比传统搜索控制法有显著提高。
The traditional optimized efficiency control is sensitive to the variations of induction motors parameters and has slow convergence. A novel efficiency optimization control strategy with online parameter estimation was proposed in this research. The relations between the losses and the flux were analyzed at light load. A power loss model with variable coefficients was developed based on functional approximation theory. The identification algorithm was introduced to identify online the loss function coefficients by input power. The efficiency optimization experiments were carried with load torque variations. The experiment resuhs were compared with the traditional search control. The simulation results show that the proposed method eliminates the dependence on induction motor parameters, while the convergence rate has improved signifi- cantly compared with conventional search control.
