摘要
自中国政府2000年提出"文化走出去"战略以及一系列国际传播规划的实施,国际传播空间的博弈日盛。中国的国际/跨文化传播研究穿越历史,又到了一个学术发展和实践方向的重要节点。作者从问题意识出发,运用文献分析的方法,以《美国国际/跨文化传播年刊》(1974—2008)为例,通过分析其研究主题的变迁,再现跨文化传播研究理论和实践的演变形势,烛照中国跨文化传播研究在思想史层面存在的问题,呈现跨文化传播研究两个维度的博弈(战争/控制、误会/理解),推动中国跨文化传播理论的建构来指导国际传播能力建设等重大、敏感、现实问题,既回应历史、现实重大关切,也丰富中国学术生产体系。
The struggles and conflicts in the field of international communication have become intense since Chinese government implemented a strategy in 2000,which is 'Chinese culture steps out'. It is a significant moment when the studies of Chinese international / intercultural communication have reached the point of revising their theories and practices. The author,starting from a questionable consciousness, by reviewing literatures published on International / Intercultural Communication Annual from 1974- 2008,via analyzing the transition of research themes in these literatures,aims to reconstruct the evolving trend of theories and practices of cultural communication studies,highlight the existing problems on the level of intellectual history in Chinese intercultural communication studies( ICS), represent the'game playing'between two dimensions of ICS( War/Control,Misunderstanding/understanding),and promote the construction of theories of ICS.Ultimately,the article hopes to give guidance to the resolving of significant problems such as how to establish China's capability of international communication. This is meaningful in terms of that not only the lessons drawn from the history is applied to the current situation,but also the system of academic production in China is enriched.
