摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在提高手外伤术后患者功能执行率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈,确立＂提高手外伤术后患者功能执行率＂为活动主题,对手外伤术后患者功能康复现象进行调查与原因分析,制定对策并实施。将2014年3月~2014年4月的住院患者作为对照组,2014年7月~2014年8月的住院患者作为观察组,从肌力、肌萎缩、手关节活动范围、手肿胀程度、周围神经损伤程度5个方面作为评定指标。结果实施品管圈活动后手外伤术后患者功能康复执行率由实施前的52.71%上升至82.53%（P〈0.05）,目标达标率106.57%,进步率56.6%。结论品管圈活动提高了手外伤术后患者功能康复执行率,提升了护士工作的主动性和积极性,提高了护士专科知识及综合素质。
Objective This paper has discussed the effects of quality control circle activities applied in improving the implementation rates of patients' function recovery after hand injury operation.Methods Firstly, the quality control circle was established, and then"improving the implementation rates of patients' function recovery after hand injury operation" was determined as the subject. After that, the phenomenon of patients' function recovery after hand injury operation was researched and analyzed, after which countermeasures were proposed and implemented. In March 2014-April 2014 in hospitalized patients as control group, in July 2014 and August 2014 in hospitalized patients as observation group, from muscle strength, muscle atrophy, joint activities, hand swelling degree, the degree of peripheral nerve injury fromfive aspects as evaluation indexes. Results It is proved that after quality control circle activities, the implementation rate of patients' function recovery after hand injury operation has been increased from 52.71% to 82.53(P<0.05), the rate of reaching the standard up to 106.57%, and the progressing rate up to 56.6%.Conclusion The paper shows that quality control circle activities can improve the implementation rates of patients' function recovery after hand injury operation, enhance the working enthusiasm and initiative as well as specialized knowledge and comprehensive quality of nurses.
