摘要
目的观察益气活血息风化痰法治疗中风先兆征的临床疗效。方法随机选取2015年1月至7月来医院治疗中风先兆症患者70例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各35例。对照组单用阿司匹林，治疗组使用益气活血息风化痰法治疗，均以30d为1个疗程，3个疗程后观察总有效率，检测治疗前后血浆内皮素（ET-1）、血浆-氧化氮（NO）及血小板黏附因子（CD62p）变化情况。结果治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组。3个疗程后两组上述指标都比治疗前水平明显降低，而治疗组的下降程度明显大于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论益气活血息风化痰法对中风先兆征具有良好疗效，可临床推广。
Objective To observe the Yiqi huoxue Xifeng Huatan method of clinical curative effect for the treatment of stroke premonitory sign.Methods Randomly selected from January 2015 - July 2015 to our hospital treatment of 70 cases of patients with apoplexy syndrome,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in the control group use aspirin, the experimental group treated with yiqi huoxue XiFeng phlegm method,was a period of treatment,on the basis of 30 days after 3 course of observing the total effective rate of the two groups after medication,the detection of two groups before and after the treatment of plasma endothelin （ET）,plasma nitric oxide （NO） and platelet adhesion factor （CD62p） changes.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group,after three courses of two sets of the above three indicators are significantly lower than the level before treatment,and drop in treatment group was significantly greater than the control group,P 〈 0.05,differences were significant,are statistically significant.Conclusion Yiqi huoxue XiFeng phlegm method for stroke premonitory sign has good curative effect,can be widely applied in clinic.
