摘要
汽车薄板冲压成形过程中,材料参数的波动会影响成形质量。以某汽车前横梁冲压成形质量为目标,以正交试验方法确定了材料参数与冲压质量的相关性,构造了基于响应面模型的稳健优化设计方法。结果表明,该稳健优化设计方法显著提高了汽车薄板成形质量的稳定性,具有较高的精度和较强的工程实用性。
During the stamping of automotive steel sheet, the shaping quality can be influenced by the fluctuation of material parameters. Taking the stamping quality of the front cross beam of an automotive as the test objective, the correlation between the material parameters and the stamping quality was determined by the orthogonal experimental method and consequently the moderate optimum design method based on the response surface model was built. The testing results show that the stability of the shaping quality of automotive steel sheets can be improved significantly by application of the moderate optimum design method, indicating that this method has relatively high accuracy and strong engineering practicability.
