摘要
采用盆栽,设计CK(清水,T1);30 mg/L细胞分裂素(6-BA,T2);0.1 mg/L芸苔素内酯(BR,T3);40mg/L赤霉素(GA3,T4);30 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L BR(T5);50 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L BR(T6);10 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L BR(T7)共7个处理,考察对分蘖苗数、干物质积累、生长速率及净光合作用速率的影响。结果显示,T2处理显著增加分蘖数,比对照高16.7%,T4则比对照低近50%;同时T2和T6处理的干物质积累显著高于其他,T6地上部干物质积累速率最高,T3、T4最低;光合作用速率也以T2最高。结论,T2和T6处理可以较好促进分蘖的发生及营养生长期干物质积累,T4处理抑制分蘖明显,T3处理的浓度可能太高,对植株生长有一定的抑制作用,同时T2和T3存在互作效应,不同浓度复配对植株生长影响明显。
Using pot experiment, designed 7 trials,30 mg/L cytokinin (6-BA,T2),0.1 mg/L brassinolide (BR,T3);40 mg/L gib-berellic (GA3,T4),30 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L BR(T5),50 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L BR(T6),10 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L BR and water (CK,T1)were applied on rice seeding to study the effect on tiller,dry matter,growth rate and net photosynthesis rate.The re-sult showed that T2 promoted the tiller growth and was more than CK by 16.7%;while T2 and T6 significantly promoted dry matter accumulation.T6 treatment had the maximum growth rate.And T2 treatment significantly increased the net photosynthesis rate.In conclution,T2 and T6 could promoted the growth of tiller and dry matter accumulation.While T4 not.T3s concentration might be too high and inhibited plant growth.T2 and T3 might exist interaction,their mixture could effect plant growth.
