摘要
文章对重型商用车总装车间的生产纲领、车间面积、投资预算、新工艺的运用等全面的分析;同时考虑重卡产品结构变化的多样性,采用最经济、最合理的技术方案和先进的工艺技术,为我们公司成功建设了一条单班80辆整车柔性化生产线。根据公司近40种不同车型的结构及特点,文章对总装车间中所涉及到的工艺规划、设备运用、工艺创新运用等进行了详细的阐述。
This paper analyzes the production program, workshop area, investment budget and new technology of heavy commercial vehicle assembly shop;At the same time considering the diversity of product structure of heavy truck,the most economical and reasonable technical scheme and advanced process engineering are adopted, Our company has successfully built a flexible production line of 80 cars a day.According to the structure and characteristics of 40 different car models of the company, the process planning, equipment utilization, process innovation and so on are described in detail in this paper.
