摘要
针对植物油脂废水有机物、悬浮物以及植物油浓度高,水质波动大,水力冲击负荷强等特点,采用CAF-EGSB-SBR组合工艺处理。分析了该工艺的系统协调性和调试运行过程中出现的问题并提出了解决方法。工程实际运行结果表明,该工艺对CODCr、BOD5和SS去除率分别可达95.0%、95.3%、88.9%,出水水质可满足GB8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》三级标准的要求。
In view of the characteristics of wastewater containing vegetable oil and fat such as： high concentrations of organic matters, suspended solids and vegetable oil, great fluctuation of water quality, high hydraulic loading, and so on, a combined process of CAF-EGSB-SBR was adopted for its treatment. The existing problems of the said process during the system coordination and debugging were analyzed with the solution methods pointed out at the same time. The project running effect showed that, the removal rates of CODcr BOD5 and SS reached 95.0%, 95.3% and 88.9% respectively, the effluent water quality could meet the specification for grade 3 in GB 8978--1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
