摘要
为培养大学生创新能力、组织管理能力、分析及解决问题的能力,提高学生工程化素质、工作责任心和团结协作精神,利用国家"211"工程和985工程矿物加工优势学科创新平台等学科建设,建立了学科教师科研成果转化实验室半工业研究系统,为本科生开设专题试验,使学生了解学科前沿发展动态,将实验内容与解决实际问题相结合,提高了学生分析问题解决实际问题的能力,提升了单元实验的功能与实际应用效果,使学生所学专业知识更加系统化,丰富了学生的实践经验,提高了学生的动手能力、组织管理及团队协作意识,同时也为高校学科建设的优势资源和科研成果转化为大学生的实践教学资源,并发挥在本科人才培养中的作用提供了示范。
A specific laboratory system for transferring scientific research achievements of faculties to experiment teaching was built by using program construction funding from the national "211 Project"and "985 Innovation Platform for Advantageous Disciplines ". This laboratory system aimed not only to foster innovative capability,management ability,and the skills of analyzing and solving problems of undergraduate students,but also to enhance their engineering qualities,sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit. Special topic experiments were established in this system,through which undergraduate students could know the frontier and development trends of their program. The integration of experimental contents with solving practical problems improved their skills of analyzing problem and solving real-world problems. It also enhanced the functionality and practical application effectiveness of unit experiment. Students had a more systematic understanding of their acquired knowledge. In addition,such integration enriched students' practical experience,and improved their hands-on ability and sense of organizational management and teamwork. The established laboratory system demonstrated an approach to transferring advantageous resources and scientific research achievements into practical teaching resources in program construction at universities. It also set an excellent example on how to effectively utilize the advantageous resources and scientific research achievements in undergraduate talent cultivation.
