摘要
文章通过对一株藏红花(Crocus sativus L.)内生真菌CSL-27进行液体发酵,利用醇沉的方法得到粗多糖。苯酚硫酸法测定了粗多糖的含量为60.63%,通过红外光谱对粗多糖的结构进行初步表征,结果表明其含有吡喃糖环和α、β两种糖苷键。此外,在溶血和脂质过氧化实验中,CSL-27粗多糖显示出较好的抗氧化活性,对应的EC50值分别为0.2和0.1 mg/m L。
In the study, the endophytic fungus(CSL-27) isolated from Crocus sativus L. was fermented and the crude polysaccharide(CPS) was extracted with alcohol precipitation. Then the content of CPS was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and the result was 60.63 %. And the preliminary structure of CPS was characterized by IR spectrometry which suggested that the CPS was composed of pyranose ring and α, β- glycoside bond. In addition, the results of hemolysis and lipid peroxidation experiment also showed that the CPS exhibited relatively good antioxidant activity with EC50 values were 0.2 and 0.1 mg/m L, respectively.
