精准医学作为一个新兴领域,已从专业和社会方面获得高度关注,成为改善患者治疗和预后的一个新途径。剖析美国精准医学计划提出的背景及动因,阐述精准医学理念的起源、发展热点、治疗的有效性,以及在我国发展精准医学的思考与启示。
As an emerging field, precision medicine has been highly concerned professionally and socially and become a new way to improve patients＇ treatment and prognosis. The paper analyzes the background and motivation of the Precision Medicine Initiative in the U. S. , and explains the origin, development hot - spots and treatment effect of precision medicine, as well as the reflection on the devel- opment of precision medicine in China and its implications.
