摘要 医学成像技术已经成为现代临床医学诊断与治疗的核心支撑技术。然而,对于各种医学成像设备所获取的图像,庞大的数据量给图像存储与传输带来了巨大压力,并严重制约着医学图像的后续应用。随着医学成像设备分辨率的不断提高,所获取的图像数据量必将持续膨胀。因此,必须利用有效的压缩技术对其进行压缩。无损压缩能够完全保持原始医学图像的所有信息,在实际应用中获得了广泛的接受。本文对医学图像无损压缩技术的研究进展进行总结与分析,并对其发展趋势进行展望。 Medical imaging technique has been the central supported technique for modem clinical medicine diagnosis and treatment. However, for the images obtained by various medical imaging devices, so huge dataset creates heavy burden for image storage and transmission and restricts the following application of medical images. Therefore, it is necessary to exploit efficient compression technique to compress various medical images. Lossless compression can completely keep the total information of original medical images, which has been widely accepted in the practical application. In this paper, the research progress on lossless compression for medical images is summarized and analyzed; finally, its development trend is expected.
