摘要
目的:探讨鹿胎颗粒联合生物反馈电刺激治疗人工流产后月经减少的疗效。方法:选取本院2012年10月-2015年1月人工流产后月经减少患者84例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组42例,对照组患者采用结合雌激素片联合黄体酮胶囊药物治疗,观察组患者采用鹿胎颗粒联合生物反馈电刺激治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者月经量积分与子宫内膜厚度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,全部患者月经量积分、子宫内膜厚度均明显高于治疗前,治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组月经量积分、子宫内膜厚度均明显高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、心理功能、心理职能等生活质量各维度评分均明显高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鹿胎颗粒联合生物反馈电刺激治疗人工流产后月经减少疗效显著,有助于显著改善月经量、子宫内膜厚度与生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of hypomenorrhea after artificial abortion for Lutai granule combined with biofeedback electric stimulation therapy. Method: 84 patients with hypomenorrbea after artificial abortion were selected from October 2012 to January 2015 in our hospital, and divided into two groups according to random number table method, control group ( 42 cases ) was treated with estrogen combined progesterone capsule drug therapy, and observation group ( 42 cases ) was treated with Lutai granule combined with biofeedback electric stimulation therapy, the clinical curative effect between the two groups was compared. Result: The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with significant differences between the two groups (P〈0.05), before treatment, the two groups had no statistically significant difference in menstrual volume score and endometrial thickness ( P〉0.05 ) . After treatment, menstrual score, endometrial thickness of all the patients was significantly higher than pre-therapy, with significant differences ( P〈0.05 ), and, menstruation score, endometrial thickness of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with significant differences ( P〈O.05 ) . Physiological function, physiological function, body pain, psychological function, psychological function, the dimensions of quality of life scores of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with significant differences between the two groups ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion: Lutai granule combined biological feedback electric stimulation therapy is significantly effective for in artificial abortion, it helps to significantly improve the menstrual blood volume, endometrial thickness and life quality, and it is worthy of clinical application.
