摘要
采用真空蒸馏法脱除铜锌镍二次资源中的锌,考察蒸馏温度和恒温时间对锌挥发行为的影响,并进行了相关理论分析.理论分析结果表明:利用锌与铜、镍、铁、铬的饱和蒸气压,分离系数判据说明采用真空蒸馏法脱除其中的锌是可行的.实验结果表明:在系统压力为10~30Pa,入料量50 g的条件下,随着温度的升高和时间的延长,锌的挥发率呈现逐渐增大而后趋于平稳的趋势,残留物中锌含量先呈现逐渐减小后趋于平稳的趋势,且在蒸馏温度1 273K,恒温时间90min的条件下,锌的挥发率高达99%,残留物中锌含量降至0.24%,并得到纯度为99%的单质态锌冷凝物.此工艺流程短,操作简单,无污染,符合冶金工业清洁生产的要求.
Removal of zinc from Cu- Ni- Zn secondary resources is conducted by vacuum distillation. Effects of distillation temperature and constant time on the volatilizing behavior of zinc are investigated,and furthermore,relevant theoretical analysis is carried out. Results of theoretical analysis referring to the saturated vapor pressure and separation coefficient show that the method of vacuum distillation is feasible to remove zinc. Experimental results demonstrate that when the pressure of the system is maintained as 10 ~ 30 Pa,material mass is 50 g,with the increase of temperature and time,the volatilization rate of zinc tends to increase gradually and is then followed by a stable tendency,and the content of zinc in the residue decreases gradually and later tends to be stable. Furthermore,when distillation temperature is set at 1 273 K,constant time is kept to be 90 min,volatilization rate of zinc can reach as high as 99%,content of zinc in the residue can be reduced to 0. 24% and condensation product of elemental zinc with the purity of 99% can be obtained. This process has the characteristics of short flow path,easy operation and no pollution,which caters to the requirements of clean production of metallurgical industry.
