摘要
突发事件应急管理的科技支撑是实现公共安全的基础保障。研究广东省科学技术厅对应急管理科技支撑与保障体系的建设工作,对广东省突发事件应急管理科技支撑的现状及存在问题进行详细的分析,针对广东省存在的一些问题,提出应重视应急技术的研发、探索建立多元化投入体系、整合省内高等院校和科研机构的省部级重点实验室资源和探索广东省突发事件应急技术研究中心的各项管理机制等对策建议。
Technology support of emergency management is the basis for achieving public safety protection. This paper studies the technology support and security system construction of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Department,and analyzes the situation and existing problems of the technology support for emergency management of Guangdong Province. The paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the government such as paying more attention to the development of emergency technology,exploring the establishment of a diversified investment system,integrating the key laboratory resources of the universities and the research institutions of Guangdong Province,exploring the management mechanism of Emergency Technical Research Center of Guangdong Province,and etc.
