转录因子特化蛋白Sp1在肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 转录因子特化蛋白-1(transcription Specificity Protein 1,Sp-1)于1983年被发现,由785个氨基酸组成,相对分子质量为81×103[1]。研究证实,Sp1可与DNA的GC-box区域结合,增强基因的转录[2]。还可能与细胞内DNA损伤及染色体重构有关。在癌细胞中,可通过与ATF7IP形成复合体,诱导TERT和TERC基因表达而维持端粒酶的活性。目前发现,Sp1的异常表达与肝癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌、胃癌等肿瘤的发生发展有很大的关系[3-9]。1 Sp1的转录活性转录因子Sp1归属于Sp/KLF家族[10],
