摘要
为实时监控地铁施工门吊作业,及时发布安全预警事故信息,构建地铁门吊作业能量隔离系统是必要的。分析门吊垂直运输作业中的危险能量,包括动能、重力势能和风能。基于能量隔离分析方法,设计危险能量动态隔离方案。采用无限射频识别技术、超声波探测技术及红外侦测技术,实现动能和重力势能的动态隔离。采用风力计及车载报警装置,实现风能隔离。整合3个能量隔离方案,综合硬件配置及软件应用,全面研发能量动态隔离系统。通过实际工程应用,检验隔离系统效果。结果表明,地铁施工门吊作业能量隔离系统能够实现地铁门吊垂直运输中危险能量的动态隔离,及时发布预警信息管控不安全行为。
It was held by the authors that for monitoring the travelling gantry crane operation in the metro station construction and preventing safety accidents,a energy isolation system should be established. Kinds of dangerous energy were analyzed of the travelling gantry crane while in vertical transportation,including kinetic energy,gravitational potential energy and wind energy. Dynamic barrier schemes were designed for the kinds of dangerous energy. The dynamic barrier was realized for both kinetic energy and gravitational potential energy by using radio frequency identification technology,ultrasonic detection technology and infrared detection technology. Isolation of wind power was realized by using optical fiber wind meter.A software and hardware configuration of the system was designed by integrating the three energy barrier schemes. Application effect of the system in a certain practical project was verified. Results show that the system can isolate the three kinds of dangerous energy of the travelling gantry crane vertical transportation from people in the metro station construction.
