摘要
为了使电泵各参数标准化,使用LabVIEW中VISA串口控制潜油电泵监测仪器采集温度、压力等各项数据,通过LabVIEW中多种插值拟合方法对其进行矫正、分析和比较,得到合适的校正系数。通过校正系数在VISA串口和单片机中的相互传递,校正监测仪器的各参数。
In order to make the electric pump's various parameters standardization,the VISA serial port in LabVIEW is used to control the electric submersible pump monitor,to gather temperature and pressure,etc.Several interpolation fitting methods are used to carry on the correction through LabVIEW,and appropriate correction factor is obtained after analysis and comparison.The research indicates that the method has realized the basic intercommunication function between PC and SCM,has made them well meet the specific standardization requirement.
