摘要
该文以武汉杨春湖地区为案例,对城市新区存在的一般特征以及目前普遍存在的主要问题进行了分析,并从土地规划管理、规划编制、相关政策等多方面、多层次地对其实施性规划对策进行了适当的探索研究,并结合目前我国及各地方的管理政策、部门构架提出了相关的规划建议,并得出了相关研究结果。契合我国相关政策制度的不断深化改革,城市规划的实施也需更多地从根源寻求拓展方向,展开不同层级、不同领域的合作,以此适应我国新的社会发展需要。
The purpose of this study is to take some recommendations about planning strategy of new districts in cities. Taking the YangChunhu area as an example, we analyze the general features and the main problems existing in new districts, and make some suggestions for the relevant land planning and management policy and the related research results are obtained. As China＇s relevant policies of reform are deepening, the implementation of city planning needs more cooperation from different areas in order to adapt to the new needs of the social development.
