Assessment of cardiac arrest animal models

摘要 心搏骤停(cardiac arrest,CA)是指心脏机械功能(搏血功能)突然停止,并伴自主呼吸消失和意识丧失的临床急症。针对CA的救治措施称为心肺脑复苏(cardio-pulmonary-cerebral resuscitation,CPCR)。如果抢救不及时,最终导致猝死(sudden death)。在抢救CA过程中,患者自主循环恢复(return of spontaneous circulation,ROSC)只是初级目标,CPCR的终极目标是良好的器官功能,尤其是良好的神经系统功能结局。 Cardiac arrest(CA)is a common cause of death,patients discharged from hospital usually have neurological deficit.Translational medicine research of CA is important for the improvement the results of patients with post-CA syndrome.Animal models of CA include asphyxial CA model,ventricular fibrillation CA model,potassium chloride induced CA model and exsanguination CA model.We reviewed the histories and methods of each model,and tried to make a simple assessment in this article.
