摘要
目的:研究中医正骨治疗胸椎小关节紊乱致心律失常的临床效果。方法:将128例胸椎小关节紊乱引发的心律失常患者分为对照组50例和观察组78例,分别采用倍他乐可和中医正骨治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,观察组患者心电图恢复正常76例,总有效率为97.4%;对照组患者心电图恢复正常25例,总有效率为50.0%,组间临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医正骨治疗胸椎小关节紊乱引发的心律失常可显著提高临床效果,消除心律失常,促进心电图恢复正常,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the thoracic facet joint disorder induced arrhythmia by TCM clinical treatment effect.Methods：Thoracic vertebra small joint disorder triggered arrhythmia patients 128 cases,according to the sequence of admission to the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,western medicine times he Legris oral treatment（control group,n=50）and traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic treatment（observation group,n=78）effect contrast.Results：In the observation group after treatment,76 cases of ECG returned to normal,the efficiency was 25,the control group of 97.4% cases were treated with normal ECG,the efficiency was 50%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Thoracic facet joint disorder caused by the arrhythmia cases,the treatment of Orthopaedics and traumatology,can significantly improve the clinical effect,promote the disappearance of arrhythmia,ECG returned to normal,to protect the prognostic significance of significantly.
